In compliance with the interim order dated 02.07.2026 passed in Writ Petition No. SBCWP No. 9964/2026 (RITIKA VS. Under this order, all candidates who had applied online for the previously conducted examination (2021) are being provisionally permitted to appear in the upcoming Re-Exam, which is scheduled to be held on 20.09.2026, subject to the outcome of this writ petition. Along with this, candidates have been provided a final opportunity to make necessary corrections and updates in their online application forms.

Apart from these, no modification of any kind will be permitted in any other basic fields such as the candidate's age, reservation category, educational qualification, etc. All other fields will remain unchanged.
Before making any modifications to the application form, it is mandatory for the candidate to complete the KYC process in their One Time Registration (OTR). If you have not done KYC in OTR yet, you must upload the following documents/details before making corrections:
Only after updating these three in OTR will you be able to make corrections in the main application form.
Candidates can modify their application forms using one of the following three methods depending on their status:
To successfully complete the modification process, candidates must accept a Self-Declaration.
Format of Self-Declaration: "I have modified my mobile number, email, and correspondence address in the application form, or no modification is required. Additionally, consent is hereby given for the use of the photo, signature, and thumb impression used in the application."
The Final Submit button will appear on the screen only after accepting this self-declaration. After clicking this button, an OTP (One Time Password) will be received on your registered mobile/email. Your modified application form will be accepted only after OTP verification. The applications of candidates who do not complete this process will not be accepted, and the candidate themselves will be entirely responsible for this.
