Rajasthan Computer Instructor Recruitment Exam: Big Relief in Dress Code, Know Complete Guidelines and Important Dates

Very important and reassuring news has emerged for youth in the technical sector preparing for government jobs in Rajasthan. The Rajasthan Staff Selection Board (RSSB) is organizing the Rajasthan Computer Instructor Recruitment Exam (Rajasthan Computer Anudeshak Exam) on August 22 and 23. Regarding this exam, the selection board has released detailed guidelines and a new dress code (Dress Code) for the candidates. The biggest relief for candidates appearing for the exam this time is that they will be allowed to take the exam wearing full-sleeve (Full Sleeves) shirts or t-shirts.

Usually, in Rajasthan's competitive exams, only half-sleeve (Half Sleeves) clothes are allowed to prevent cheating, but this time a major relaxation has been given in the rules. This decision of the board will bring great relief to lakhs of candidates across the state. If you are also going to appear in this exam, make sure to thoroughly understand the new dress code, admit card download date, and all important guidelines related to the exam before heading to the exam center. In this article, we are providing every detail, big and small, related to the Rajasthan Computer Instructor Recruitment Exam in detail, so that you do not face any inconvenience on the exam day. For excellent preparation for competitive exams and the latest updates, you can stay connected with Patamde Study.

New Dress Code for Candidates: Rules for Male Candidates

Strict rules are made by the board to maintain security and fairness at the exam centers. However, this time the Rajasthan Staff Selection Board has given some practical relaxations in the dress code so that candidates can feel comfortable in the exam hall. The guidelines for male candidates are as follows:

  • Shirt and T-Shirt: Male candidates can come to the exam wearing full sleeves (Full Sleeves) or half sleeves (Half Sleeves) shirts or t-shirts as normal attire.
  • Bottom Wear: Candidates can take the exam wearing simple trousers or kurta-pyjama in the exam hall.
  • What Not to Wear: Wearing any kind of fancy jackets, hoodies, or overcoats with large buttons or multiple pockets will not be allowed in the exam. Wearing simple and decent clothes is the safest option.

Dress Code Rules for Female Candidates

The board has also issued clear and convenient rules for female candidates so that they do not face any discomfort or trouble during security checks (Frisking):

  • Approved Attire: Female candidates can come to the exam center wearing salwar-suit, chunni, saree, half or full-sleeve shirt, kurta, and blouse.
  • Rules for Hair: Only a simple rubber band (Simple Rubber Band) is allowed to tie the hair. Avoid wearing any kind of fancy hair clips, clutchers, or pins.
  • Ban on Jewelry: Wearing any kind of gold, silver, or other metal jewelry (such as earrings, rings, chains, lockets, etc.) is not allowed in the exam. Only thin glass bangles are permitted.

Rules for Traditional & Religious Items and Footwear

Candidates often have doubts regarding religious symbols and shoes/socks. Selection Board Chairman Alok Raj has issued clear instructions in this regard to avoid any dispute or confusion at the exam center:

  • Religious and Traditional Items: Candidates will be allowed to wear simple Kalawa (sacred thread), Janeu, Rudraksha, and Kanthi at the exam center. However, the most important condition for this is that they must not contain any kind of metal.
  • Footwear (Shoes/Slippers): Another big relief for candidates is that they can come to the exam center wearing slippers, sandals, shoes, and ankle-length socks. Usually, wearing shoes was banned in previous exams, but this time the rules have been made quite liberal so that candidates do not face inconvenience during rain or other weather conditions.

Security Check at Exam Centers

Even though the dress code has been relaxed, the security check will be extremely strict to maintain the integrity of the exam. Strict security arrangements will be in place at all exam centers:

  1. Metal Detector Screening: Every candidate will be thoroughly checked with a metal detector at the main gate of the exam center. If any metal object is found with anyone, it will have to be removed outside.
  2. Checking of Religious Symbols: If a candidate is wearing Rudraksha or Kanthi, it will be ensured that there is no metal locket or hook in it.
  3. Biometric Verification: Biometric attendance and Aadhaar verification may also be arranged at many centers for candidate identity verification.

How to Download Admit Card via SSO ID?

From August 19, candidates can easily download their e-Admit Card through their SSO ID. The step-by-step process to download the admit card is given below:

  1. First of all, visit the official SSO portal of the Government of Rajasthan (sso.rajasthan.gov.in).
  2. Log in by entering your SSO ID/Username and Password.
  3. After logging in, click on the "Recruitment Portal" option available on the dashboard.
  4. Next, go to the "Get Admit Card" section.
  5. Here you will see the link for "Computer Anudeshak Recruitment Exam", click on it.
  6. Your admit card will be displayed on the screen. Download it and take a clear printout.

Last-Minute Preparation Tips for Candidates

To achieve success in the Computer Instructor Recruitment Exam, adopting the right strategy in the final days is extremely important. All candidates appearing in the exam should pay special attention to the following points:

  • Focus on Revision: Instead of reading anything new in the final days, thoroughly revise your previously read notes, computer fundamentals, programming languages, Database Management System (DBMS), and Rajasthan General Knowledge (GK).
  • Time Management: Proper time management in the exam hall is the key to your success. Keep the time limit in mind while solving questions and do not waste too much time on difficult questions.
  • Solve Mock Tests: Practice mock tests regularly to improve your speed and accuracy. On Patamde Study, you will find important tests and practice sets for various competitive exams, which will strengthen your preparation.
  • Stay Mentally Calm: Get enough sleep the night before the exam and keep yourself stress-free. Enter the exam hall with a positive mindset on the day of the exam.

Conclusion

The Rajasthan Computer Instructor Recruitment Exam is scheduled to be held on August 22 and 23, which is a golden opportunity for the youth of the state's technical sector. The relaxation in the dress code given by the board—especially the permission to wear full-sleeve clothes and shoes-socks—will prove to be very helpful in reducing exam stress for the candidates.
